I often check the weather forecast(天気予報) on my smartphone. It said there was a high possibility( 高い可能性) this week of a typhoon hitting Fukuoka. However, the typhoon missed Fukuoka.
Today the weather forecast said there is a 100% chance of rain. So I brought an umbrella and rode the subway. However, it only rained a little in the morning. Sometimes I wonder if the weather forecaster(気象予報士) is just looking out their window and guessing what the weather will be. Their predictions(予測) are not accurate(正確).
