Lets practice some common ways to use “to” and “from” in English.
“From”（から） tells us a starting point. It can be a time or a location starting point. For example,
We went from the school.
I like the view from my window.
From now on I will go to bed earlier.
The store opens from 6:00 in the morning.
“To/until” (まで） tells us an ending point. It can be a time or a location ending point. For example,
How far is it from Fukuoka to Tokyo by car?
I went from my house to the restaurant, but the restaurant was only open until 6:00p.m.
The movie theater is open until 10:00 at night.

“From now on〜”は「今から〜します」という意味ですか？

onがつくと、続いていくイメージになります。なので、二番目の例文は今後毎晩みたいなイメージです。
From now I am going to work.今から仕事に行きます。
From now on I have to work at night.よる仕事をしなきゃいけません。
from now onのあとは、s vで大丈夫です！
