It’s definitely starting to warm up outside. I am excited to grill (焼く) food outside. I prefer to cook my food using a charcoal grill (チャコールグリル). Charcoal (炭) adds a nice smoke flavor to the meat and vegetables you are grilling. The smoke flavor from charcoal blends (ブレンド)well with savory foods like pork and beef. We also call it barbecuing or BBQ (バーベキュー). I hope everyone can enjoy barbecuing and grilling food together with your friends and family this year.
