These videos are a little difficult to understand but they are a very good examples of conversation English.
The first clip is a business meeting. The person talking is the boss and he is not happy because the company is not doing well.
The second clip is at an AA(alcoholics anonymous) meeting. This is a place where people who have an alcohol drinking problem go for help quitting. People can earn a chip(pin/button) if they stay sober for 30 days.
