Writing Emails

It is difficult to write emails in English.  There is no perfect way to write an email.  Many people have different ideas on what is the correct way to write an email.  In my experience there are two very important parts of an email.

First, I think the most important part is the subject or title of the email.  This is the first thing you read when you check your email.  It should be short and let the reader know what the email is about.

Second, and the most difficult part, is to keep the email short, simple, and meaningful.  Don’t write information that is not important.  We all read a lot of email everyday and a long, boring email is never fun to read.
