Softbank Hawks Game.

Last night we went to the Softbank Hawks game.  It was a lot of fun.  I noticed many differences between a professional baseball game in America and Japan.

For example, many Americans do not stand up and cheer. We usually just sit down during the whole game.  Softbank was playing the Hiroshima Carp.  There were many Carp fans at the game.  They were standing, cheering, and singing for the whole game!  I was so surprised and impressed with their team spirit.

Another thing that surprised me is all the young girls selling draft beer.  There were many of them walking up and down the aisles.  It was very easy to get a beer everytime I wanted one.  I never had to leave my seat.

Usually in America we have to buy beer at the concession stand (売店) or beer stand because there are not many people walking and selling beer in the aisles while you watch the game.  I think Japan loves baseball more than America.
